Lisa Fraedrich

Lisa has worked in the office for the past 8 years.  Her responsibilities have grown and she does everything from greeting patients at the front desk, billing out claims and staying on top of the insurance companies to making sure the claims are paid fairly and promptly.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management and has a background in customer service in banking and medical insurance.  Today, you will find Lisa in our Trumbull office greeting patients at the desk and bringing each patient to the exam room when not following up on insurance claims or performing bookkeeping duties.

When not in the office, Lisa spends time with her husband and two children, Lindsay and Tim.  She likes to spend time outdoors gardening, walking her dog or watching her son in the many sports activities he participates in.  She volunteers her time at her son’s school and more closely to her heart, volunteers with animal rescue helping to place dogs and cats in loving homes.  She has fostered many dogs and cats in need. A few have become permanent members of her house including her dog, Mia and cats, Morris and Gizmo.
