Lisa Fraedrich

Lisa has worked in the office for the past 14 years.  Her responsibilities have grown throughout the years. She manages the CT office and does everything from greeting patients at the front desk, billing out claims and staying on top of the insurance companies to making sure the claims are paid fairly and promptly.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management and has a background in customer service in banking and medical insurance.  

When not in the office, Lisa spends time with her husband and two children.  She likes to spend time outdoors gardening, walking her dogs and traveling when the time allows.  She has fostered many dogs and cats in need. A few have become permanent members of her house including her dogs, Mia, Holly & Rusty and cats, Morris and Gizmo.
